Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Printen.eu and the customer.

2. Definitions

In these terms and conditions the following terms are used:

• Printen.eu: the provider of printing services
• Customer: the natural or legal person entering into an agreement with Printen.eu
• Product: the print work ordered by the customer

3. Orders

When placing an order, the following conditions apply:

• All orders are confirmed by email
• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the supplied files
• Printen.eu reserves the right to refuse orders
• Changes to orders are possible until production begins

4. Prices and Payment

The following conditions apply to prices and payment:

• All prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise
• Payment must be made according to the offered payment methods
• In case of non-payment, Printen.eu reserves the right to cancel the order

5. Delivery

The following conditions apply to delivery:

• Delivery times are indicative and not fatal deadlines
• Delivery takes place at the address specified by the customer
• Risk passes to the customer upon delivery

6. Returns and Complaints

The following conditions apply to returns and complaints:

• Complaints must be reported within 7 days after delivery
• Custom printed products cannot be returned
• In case of justified complaints, the product will be reproduced or the purchase price will be refunded

7. Liability

Printen.eu is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profits. Liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the order in question.

8. Intellectual Property

The customer guarantees that they have all rights to the supplied files and indemnifies Printen.eu against claims from third parties.
