Designs and files in the configurator

When you create a product in our configurator or editor, we store what you make under a unique session code:

• The design you create, including any uploaded photos, is stored under this session code.
• We use this only for customer support (for example when you call and give us your session code), for fraud and quality checks on your order, and for content moderation - never for marketing or advertising.
• If you don't place an order, we keep the design for 30 days. If you do order, we keep it for as long as your order exists.

Security

We take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. We use secure connections (SSL) and secure storage methods.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• View, correct or delete your personal data
• Restrict the processing of your personal data
• Object to the processing
• Transfer your data to another service provider

Analytics and advertising

Only if you give consent in the cookie banner do we use the following services:

• Google Analytics 4 (Statistics category): to see how visitors use the website. Google processes a pseudonymous visitor ID and your IP address.
• Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta (Marketing category): to measure which ads lead to an order, sign-up or contact request. For this we send your email address, phone number, name and street encrypted as a SHA-256 hash, which they never receive in readable form. Your postcode, city and country are sent unencrypted. This lets them match an order to an ad click.
• Without consent, these services place no cookies and we send them no customer data. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings on the website.
