Frequently asked questions
Who can become a reseller?
Any business that resells our products: Etsy shops, online stores, brands, designers and agencies. You need a valid VAT number; Dutch companies also need a Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number.
Will my customer see that the product comes from you?
No. The parcel ships in your name with your return address, without our logo and without prices on the packing slip.
How do I pay?
You choose: top up a balance in advance and orders are deducted from it, or save a card that is charged per order. The balance can only be spent with us and cannot be withdrawn.
How much discount do I get?
You start with 10% off the retail price. From €500 total spend it becomes 15%, and from €1,000 it becomes 18%.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You order one item at a time, exactly when your customer orders.
Which stores can I connect?
Shopify, WooCommerce and Etsy. Other platforms and your own systems connect through the REST API.
What about returns or production errors?
If there is a production error or transport damage, we remake the product. Personalised products are otherwise excluded from returns, just like regular orders.
