Which beach flag should I choose?
A straight or square flag has the most room for text. A curved or drop flag stands out through its shape. The bigger the flag, the further away it is visible; the largest is about 4.4 metres high.
Roll-up or X-banner?
A roll-up rolls into a cassette, goes up in a minute and stays tidy in transport. An X-banner is lighter and more affordable, with a tension frame behind the fabric.
Can I order just a new print?
Yes, for products such as the exhibition frame and the X-banner you can order only the print and reuse your existing frame.
How do I supply my design?
A PDF at the chosen size with bleed works best. The configurator shows the right size for each product. We check your file for free before printing.
Can I order as a business?
Yes. You get an invoice in your company name, and within the EU the VAT is reverse charged with a valid VAT number.
What if something is wrong with the print?
Email a photo and your order number to support@printen.eu. For a print fault or transit damage we reprint or refund.
