Christmas card FAQ
When should I order my Christmas cards?
The sooner the better: printers and postal services are busy in December. You can see the lead time for your configuration in the configurator and at checkout.
Are envelopes included?
Cards with envelopes and pop-up cards come with an envelope. Postcards and luxury cards do not.
Can each card have its own name?
Yes. Cards with envelopes, postcards and seed paper cards can be personalised from Excel, with a name or text per card.
Can I order as a business?
Yes. You get an invoice in your company name, and within the EU the VAT is reverse charged with a valid VAT number.
Which file should I supply?
A PDF at your chosen size with 3 mm bleed works best. We check your file for free before printing.
What if something is wrong with the print?
Email a photo and your order number to support@printen.eu. For a print fault or transit damage we reprint or refund.
