Security and privacy management
Printen.eu is part of Twilper.com. This overview describes business policy for Twilper.com, Printen.eu and SendLetter.
Responsible owner: Gert Snijder. No formal Data Protection Officer has been appointed. We do not claim our own ISO 27001, ISO 27701 or SOC 2 certification.
Data and access
We distinguish public product information, internal records, confidential customer data and secrets. Access should be limited to the requested service and authorized people. Administrative access remains separate from public product connectors.
Files and AI
Artwork, attachments, letter contents and conversations are confidential. A file is not made public to enable AI analysis. Image recognition is offered as working only after the actual secure image processing has been verified.
Changes and verification
Fixes require relevant regression tests, required build checks and verification of the published version. Evidence, outstanding checks and follow-up actions are recorded separately. A policy alone is not evidence of implementation.
Incidents and reports
Report concerns to info@twilper.com. The owner records facts and discovery time, investigates impact and assesses applicable notification duties. A supplier outage alone does not establish a data breach at Twilper.
Retention, deletion and suppliers
Retention follows the service-specific privacy notice and agreement. Deletion, statutory records and backup rotation are assessed separately. An EU hosting region does not prove that the entire processing chain remains exclusively in the EU.
Implementation status
Checks include administrator MFA, device security, connections, storage, backups, access and deletion jobs for each system. Unknown or outstanding checks are not presented as completed. Existing terms and data-processing agreements remain in force.
