What size is a postcard?
The most common size is A6: 10.5 x 14.8 cm. For something larger, A5 (14.8 x 21 cm) is popular. We also print long postcards of 9.8 x 21 cm and square ones, for example 14.8 x 14.8 cm.
Stapled, wire-o or perfect bound?
Staples are affordable for thin brochures up to 96 pages. Wire-o opens completely flat, handy for calendars, manuals and recipe books. Perfect binding gives a clean spine like a book and starts at 32 pages.
What sizes are the A formats?
A4 is 21 x 29.7 cm, A5 is half of that (14.8 x 21 cm), A6 half again (10.5 x 14.8 cm) and A3 double A4 (29.7 x 42 cm).
Which file should I supply?
A PDF at the chosen size with 3 mm bleed all round works best. Keep text at least 3 mm from the trim edge. We check your file for free before printing.
Can I order as a business?
Yes. You get an invoice in your company name, and within the EU the VAT is reverse charged with a valid VAT number.
What if something is wrong with the print?
Email a photo and your order number to support@printen.eu. For a print fault or transit damage we reprint or refund.
