Dibond

What do you choose for Dibond?

Dibond is a sturdy plate material consisting of two aluminum layers with a plastic core. It is lightweight yet stiff, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. You can choose from different material variants: 3 mm Dibond Budget, 4 mm Dibond Budget, 6 mm Dibond Budget, 3 mm Dibond® Premium, 3 mm Dibond brushed aluminum (horizontal) or 3 mm Dibond brushed aluminum (vertical). The premium version has higher flatness and a smoother finish.

Options, material and finishing

For finishing, you can choose from clean cutting (straight cut) or contour cutting for one simple shape, one complex shape or a maximum of 5 shapes. This allows you to give your board any desired shape. In addition, there are various protective layers: a protective coating in gloss or matte, Oraguard® 215 (polymer gloss or matte) or whiteboard laminate (polymer gloss). The Oraguard® layers offer extra scratch resistance and UV protection, while the whiteboard laminate makes the board writable and erasable.

Ordering and delivery

You can choose the format from 100 x 100 cm or specify a custom size. Drill holes are also possible: in each corner (6, 8, 9 or 10 mm) or any number from 1 to 10 holes. The number of copies ranges from 1 to 10 pieces. You can determine the production time yourself with the options Fast, Standard, Express or One day earlier. This gives you full control over delivery.

Dibond is widely used for signage, presentation boards, facade advertising and photo panels. By combining material choice, finishing and protective layer, you can tailor the board exactly to your wishes and the environment in which it will be hung.
