Sizes and Materials

You can choose from two sizes: 200 x 50 mm for carry-on luggage and 370 x 70 mm for a suitcase. The smaller size is compact and fits well with a weekend bag or carry-on, while the larger size is extra noticeable on a big suitcase.

For the material, you have three options. The standard 200 g/m² silk mc paper is sturdy and feels premium. For extra durability, choose YUPOBlue®. This material is tear-resistant and waterproof, available in 158 g/m² or 234 g/m². Perfect for when your suitcase takes a beating on the road.

Printing and Finishing

The luggage tags are digitally printed using HP Indigo technology. This ensures sharp prints and vibrant colors. You can choose between full color on one side (4/0) or double-sided (4/4). This way, you can put your contact details on the back.

For the finish, you can choose from single-sided gloss lamination, matte lamination, soft-touch matte lamination, or scratch-resistant lamination. Gloss gives a shiny effect, matte is more subdued, soft-touch feels smooth, and scratch-resistant provides extra protection against damage.

Contour Cutting and Personalization

Have your tag cut or die-cut into a special shape. Choose 'Cut contour' for a clean shape or 'Die-cut contour' for a more playful shape. This makes your tag truly unique.

Additionally, you can personalize your luggage tags with sequential numbering or with data from an Excel file. Handy if you want to distinguish multiple suitcases or if you're creating tags for a group.
