Index dividers for any filing system

With index dividers, you bring structure to all your documents. Choose the size that fits your filing: A4 for standard ring binders or A5 for compact folders. The tabs can be on the top or on the right, so you choose the layout that works best for your system.

Printing and material

You print the index dividers in full colour, single-sided (4/0) or double-sided (4/4). This way, you can not only label the tabs but also fill the entire sheet with text and images. Choose from a variety of materials: satinated MC (300 or 400 g/m²), Invercote® (one-sided or two-sided coated, 240 to 350 g/m²) or MultiCard® (one-sided or two-sided coated, 300 or 350 g/m²). These sturdy cardboard sheets are made to last.

Finishing and options

You can have the index dividers laminated: choose from matte, gloss or scratch-resistant matte, single-sided or double-sided. This protects the print and gives the dividers a luxurious look. Additionally, you can choose between extended or short tabs, depending on how much space you need for labels. Want multiple sets? Have the dividers gathered into sets, and you will receive them ready-made per set.

Practical finishing

The index dividers are supplied with drilled holes: choose 2 or 4 holes of 6 mm, matching your ring binder or folder. You can also opt for a custom shape (die cut) with cut contour, for a unique appearance. The number of dividers ranges from 2 to 25 sheets, so you always order the right quantity for your project. Also choose the number of sets (10 to 500) and the production time that fits your schedule.
