What is a textile transfer?

A textile transfer is a print that you apply to clothing yourself. You receive the transfer on a carrier film and iron or press it onto your garment. This way, you decide which shirt, bag, or hoodie you print, without having to order a large quantity. This textile transfer is specially developed for cotton and is produced using the Direct To Film (DTF) method.

Full-color printing with granulate

This transfer is printed in 4/0 full color, allowing your design to contain all colors of the rainbow. Thanks to the granulate transfer method, the ink adheres well to cotton and the print remains flexible. The transfer has a hot peel layer, meaning you can remove the film immediately after pressing. This speeds up the production process and makes it ideal for small series.

Sizes and quantities

You choose the size of the transfer yourself: from 100 x 100 mm for a small logo to 500 x 700 mm for a large back print. There is also the 'Custom size' option for complete freedom. Order from 10 pieces, up to 40 pieces per order. This way, you can order exactly the quantity you need for your project.

Application on cotton

This transfer is specially designed for cotton fabrics. Whether you print t-shirts, sweatshirts, or bags, the transfer adheres well and remains wash-resistant. Please note: the transfer is not suitable for synthetic fabrics or fabrics with a high polyester content.

Production and printing method

Production is done using Direct To Film (DTF), a technique that ensures sharp details and vibrant colors. The prints are made on an HP Indigo printer, known for its accurate color reproduction. After printing, the transfer is provided with an adhesive layer (granulate) that ensures adhesion to cotton.

How to apply the transfer?

You need a heat press to apply the transfer to cotton. Place the transfer with the printed side on the fabric, press at the correct temperature and pressure, and remove the film while it is still hot (hot peel). The result is a durable print that can withstand washing.
