Custom acrylic medal with ribbon

A fresh, modern medal

A custom acrylic medal stands out with its clear, glass-like look. It is made from transparent acrylic about 3 to 5 mm thick and printed in full colour with UV ink. You can go for a round medal of about 70 mm, or have it cut exactly along the outline of your design. A slot at the top holds the ribbon. An acrylic medal is light yet sturdy, and suits running events, sports days, youth tournaments, esports, company events and anniversaries.

Versions

Choose round if you want a classic medal with room for text and a logo. Choose cut to shape if your medal can take the form of your logo, mascot or a sports figure. Because acrylic is see-through, you decide which parts stay clear. With a white underlay beneath the colours they look full and opaque, while leaving the white out gives a translucent effect, a bit like stained glass. The ribbon is printed in your colours and is always included.

How to supply your design

Please upload your design as a vector PDF if you can. A sharp PNG of at least 300 dpi with a transparent background works too. For cut to shape, the outline follows your design. If you do not have a cut line, we draw a neat contour around your design. Very sharp corners and tiny holes may be adjusted slightly so the medal stays sturdy. If you want certain areas to stay clear, just mention it with your order. You always see a digital proof first, and we only start production once you have approved it.

Delivery and quantities

You can order from 100 pieces per design, in quantities of 100, 250, 500 or 1000. Production takes about 14 working days after design approval, so order in good time for your event.
