UV DTF 3D stickers with your own design

UV DTF stickers are the newest way to personalise hard objects. Your design is printed in full colour with a glossy varnish in light relief. You need no press and no heat: you simply stick it on and peel off the film. What remains is only your design, with no background or border. Even very fine lines down to 1 mm come out sharp.

Where to use them

On any smooth, hard surface: mugs, water bottles, glass, phone cases, laptops, helmets, notebooks, tools, packaging and displays. Not suitable for textiles; use our DTF transfers for that.

Several stickers on one sheet

Choose an A4, A3 or A2 sheet and place as many designs on it as you like, with at least 1 cm of space between them. After delivery you cut them apart.

How to apply the sticker

1. Clean and degrease the surface, for example with a little alcohol, and let it dry.
2. Cut out the sticker with a small margin.
3. Peel off the first film (the carrier).
4. Stick it onto the surface and rub it down firmly from the centre outwards, ideally with a felt squeegee.
5. Wait 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the material.
6. Peel the clear film off slowly and flat. If part lifts, lay the film back, rub again and wait a moment.

Then leave the sticker alone for 48 hours: no washing, cleaning or rubbing. After that it is fully cured.

Lifespan and care

• Water: very resistant to water and everyday use, even on objects that are handled a lot.
• Dishwasher: we recommend washing by hand, so the sticker stays good the longest.
• Outdoors: made for indoor and everyday use. Outdoor lifespan has not been tested yet, so we do not guarantee it.

• Suitable for: glass, metal, aluminium, smooth plastic, PVC, acrylic, ceramic and varnished wood. For example mugs, water bottles, jars, laptops, phone cases, helmets and packaging.
• Test first: cardboard.
• Not suitable: textiles, porous plastic and flexible materials.
• Colours: full colour with a glossy varnish in light 3D relief, on light and dark objects.
• Finest line: 1 mm.
• Edge: no background or border, only your design remains.

How to supply your design

Upload a PNG with a transparent background at 300 dpi or more at actual size, or a PDF, at the size of the sheet. Anything transparent is not printed. We check every file before it goes into production.
