A leather-look or cork patch instantly gives your cap, bag or jacket a stylish, crafted look. Your logo is laser engraved and the patch is laser cut. The result is clean, durable and feels premium.

Choosing the size

Choose the size your patch fits within: width x height gives the area. A 6 x 4 cm patch for a cap is S (up to 37 cm²).

How to apply the patch

1. Set the press. T-shirt and sports shirt: 145°C, 15 seconds, 4 bar. Sweater and softshell: 150°C, 15 seconds, 6 bar. Cap: 140°C, 10 to 15 seconds.
2. Place the patch and cover it with a Teflon sheet or baking paper.
3. Press the patch, then press once more from the inside.
4. Let it cool down and wait 24 hours before washing.

We advise against ironing onto polos; test rainwear first. Sewing on always works. With velcro the hook side is on the patch; the soft loop side is not included.

Durability and washing

• The iron-on layer withstands washing at 60°C.
• Wash inside out and do not iron directly on the patch.

Supplying your design

Upload your logo as PDF or AI (vector) or as a black and white PNG of at least 300 dpi, at actual size. Everything black is engraved. We check every file before production.

Delivery time

Your patches are made in about 8 working days and then take 2 to 3 working days to arrive. With express they reach you in about 5 working days. You pay the normal shipping rate for your country.
