Full colour patches with 3D relief

These patches combine a full colour design with a glossy varnish in relief. The base is matte, soft and strong; the glossy varnish gives your logo, text or details extra depth. Unlike an embroidered patch, any gradient, photo or fine detail can be reproduced. The patch is cut exactly to the shape of your design.

Choosing the size

Choose the size your patch fits within. The area sets the price: a 6 x 6 cm patch falls in S (up to 37 cm²), a 9 x 9 cm patch in M (up to 82 cm²).

How to apply the patch

Iron-on version. Follow these settings exactly, the 3D varnish is sensitive to too much heat:

1. Set the press to 120°C, 25 seconds, pressure 3 to 4 bar.
2. Pre-press the garment for 2 to 3 seconds so it is smooth and dry.
3. Place the patch where you want it and cover it with a Teflon sheet or baking paper.
4. Press for 25 seconds.
5. Let the patch cool completely before using the garment.

The same settings apply to T-shirts, sports shirts, sweaters, softshell, caps and bags. We do not recommend the iron-on version on polo shirts. On rainwear, test on an inconspicuous spot first. Wait 24 hours before washing.

Velcro version. The back of the patch has the hook side of the hook-and-loop fastener. The soft loop side is not included: it is often already on work and tactical clothing, or you sew it on yourself. That way you can remove and swap the patch.

Lifespan and washing

• The iron-on layer bonds strongly and withstands washing at 60°C.
• Wash the garment inside out and preferably air dry it.
• Do not iron directly on the patch.

• Fastening: iron-on, or velcro (hook side on the patch, loop side not included).
• Suitable for: T-shirts, sweaters, jackets, softshell, caps, bags and backpacks in cotton, polyester or blends. Not for polo shirts.
• Finest line: 0.5 mm.

How to supply your design

Upload your design as a PDF or as a PNG at 300 dpi or more with a transparent background. We apply the glossy layer where it looks best, usually on your logo and text. We check every file before it goes into production.

Delivery time

Your patches are produced in about 8 working days and then take 2 to 3 working days to arrive. You pay the normal shipping costs of your country.
