Printed fabric patches with your design

These patches are printed in full colour by sublimation. The ink goes into the fabric, so every detail, every gradient and even a photo comes out sharp and colourfast. Choose smooth textile for the sharpest details or soft plush for a velvety patch with a light relief.

What they are for

Choosing the size

Choose the size your patch fits within: width x height gives the area. A 6 x 6 cm patch is S (up to 37 cm²), an 8 x 8 cm patch is M (up to 82 cm²).

How to apply the patch

1. Set the press. T-shirt and sports shirt: 145°C, 15 seconds, 4 bar. Sweater and softshell: 150°C, 15 seconds, 6 bar.
2. Place the patch and cover it with a Teflon sheet or baking paper.
3. Press the patch, then press once more from the inside of the garment.
4. Let it cool down and wait 24 hours before washing.

On caps use 140°C for 10 to 15 seconds. We advise against ironing onto polos; test rainwear first. Sewing on always works. With velcro the hook side is on the patch; the soft loop side is not included.

Durability and washing

• The iron-on layer withstands washing at 60°C.
• Wash inside out and do not iron directly on the patch.
• The sublimation print sits in the fibre and does not wear off.

Supplying your design

Upload your design as PDF, AI or a PNG of at least 300 dpi with a transparent background, at actual size. Finest line 0.5 mm. We check every file before production.

Delivery time

Your patches are made in about 8 working days and then take 2 to 3 working days to arrive. With express they reach you in about 5 working days. You pay the normal shipping rate for your country.
