A metal pin with full colour print is small, but it gets noticed straight away. On a jacket, bag, lanyard or uniform it shows where you belong. The pin is made from steel about 1.5 mm thick, so it is much sturdier than an ordinary tin button. Choose a round 25 mm pin with a metal rim, or a pin of about 30 mm cut exactly to the shape of your design. A butterfly clutch on the back keeps the pin firmly in place. Ideal for events, staff, schools, clubs, fan clubs, anniversaries and merchandise.

Versions

The round 25 mm pin has a metal rim that frames your design neatly. It is a classic choice for logos, badges and team emblems. If you want something unique, choose the custom shape pin of about 30 mm. It is cut along the outline of your design, for example as a mascot, building or figure. The print can be flat, or have a slightly raised texture you can feel when you run your finger over it. That gives your pin a little something extra. Unlike cheap buttons, these pins can take any shape and will last for years.

How to supply your design

Please upload your design as a vector PDF if you can. A sharp PNG of at least 300 dpi with a transparent background is fine too. For a custom shape, the outline follows your design. If you do not have a cut line, we draw a suitable contour for you. Very sharp corners and tiny holes may be adjusted slightly so the pin stays sturdy. As a pin is small, clear shapes and text that is not too small work best. You always see a digital proof first, and we only start production once you have approved it.

Delivery and quantities

You can order from 100 pieces per design, in quantities of 100, 250, 500 or 1000. Production takes about 14 working days after design approval. You pay the standard shipping rate for your country. Need pins for an event or trade fair? Order in good time, so they are ready for your first visitors.
