Inspection stickers with your own text or logo

An inspection sticker shows at a glance when equipment, a ladder, an extinguisher or an installation was inspected and when the next inspection is due. The months and years run around the edge; you mark them off during the inspection. The centre shows what was inspected, or your own logo.

Templates for common inspections

This page offers twelve templates: approved until, inspected to NEN 3140, NEN 1004, NEN 2484, next VCA inspection, next inspection, next service, next check, expiry date, electrical equipment with a lightning bolt, and one for your own text or logo. The template text is in Dutch; adjust the colour, text and years to match your brand and inspection cycle.

Size, film and laminate

Choose a diameter of 20, 30 or 40 mm. White film gives an even background; clear film lets the surface show through. A gloss or matt laminate makes the print more resistant to scratches, cleaning agents and UV light, and matt laminate is easier to write on.

Supplied on sheets

The stickers are kiss-cut on 30 x 26 cm sheets and peel off easily. Choose the total number of stickers with the same design, from 50 pieces; larger quantities are much cheaper per sticker. Download a template, adjust it, remove the guide lines and upload it as PDF. We check your file before production. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
