Bubble mailers are the ideal choice when you want to ship products safely. The inside is lined with a layer of air bubbles that absorb shocks and prevent scratches. This way, fragile items such as jewelry, electronics, books, or clothing arrive undamaged. The mailers feature a convenient Striplock closure, allowing you to seal them quickly and securely without extra tape.

Materials and Colors

You can choose from two materials: a bubble lining with 100 g/m² white kraft paper or an eco-friendly variant with 100 g/m² recycled kraft paper. The color of the mailer is white or kraft. The white variant looks sleek and professional, while the kraft variant has a natural, sustainable appearance.

Printing and Sizes

The mailers are unprinted or printed with 4/0 full color. Note: a maximum of 15% of the surface is printable, and the print is not bleed. Suitable for adding your logo or an address. There are 11 sizes available, from compact 175 x 120 mm to large 480 x 370 mm, so you have the right size for every product.

Ordering Options

Choose the number of mailers you need, from 200 to 2500 pieces. You can also specify the production urgency: standard, fast, express, or one day earlier. The printing method is digital UV for printed copies, or unprinted. Want a sample first? Choose 'unprinted sample'.
