The chocolate letter is a Dutch Sinterklaas tradition, and with your logo on it, it becomes a business gift everyone recognises. Choose a letter from A to Z, such as the first letter of your company name, or list a letter per recipient in the remarks. The logo is applied in colour directly on the chocolate.

How your logo is added

Your logo in colour directly on the chocolate. Upload your logo or design when you order, preferably as a vector PDF or a sharp image of at least 300 dpi. We check your file and ask you to approve the design before production starts. Any special requests, such as a split across flavours, go in the remarks.

Lead time and minimum order

The lead time is about 23 working days after design approval. You order from 48 pieces; the price per piece drops for larger quantities. Order by 20 October 2026 at the latest to receive it in time for Sinterklaas (5 December). Shipping within the Netherlands: €26.95 per order, even when you combine several chocolate products. Shipping to Belgium, Germany or another EU country? Complete your order as a quote request and you will receive a quote with the shipping costs within one working day.

Shelf life and storage

Keeps for about 1 year (solid chocolate). Store cool and dry at around 18 °C, not in the fridge. Chocolate softens from about 30 °C.
