Have coasters printed with a logo, pattern, photo, or your own design. You choose from six single-sided materials: lino, Forex 3 mm, recycled Forex 3 mm, Dibond 3 mm, Sign Again 2 mm, and display cardboard. Forex and Dibond can also be printed double-sided in the production route. In the online configurator, we only open combinations for which an up-to-date, directly measured price is available.

Material and finishing

Lino is flexible and suitable when grip is important. Forex is a lightweight foam board; recycled Forex uses reprocessed cutting waste. Dibond is a rigid aluminium composite panel. Sign Again is circular board material with an untreated recycled look or a white coated side. Display cardboard is lightweight and intended for dry indoor applications. Lino and plastic boards are cut; Dibond and display cardboard are milled. Contour cutting allows round and free shapes when that combination is shown as orderable.

Size and current price coverage

The production route works with free width and height. However, the source does not show reliable physical minimum and maximum sizes. Therefore, direct online ordering is now deliberately limited to the actually measured size of 10 × 10 cm. Quantities and options also only appear for measured price cells. This way you never get a derived or estimated price. For a different size, coverage can be expanded later once that size is directly measured.

File submission

Submit PDF or JPG at 12 × 12 cm for a final size of 10 × 10 cm: 1 cm bleed is required all around. Use 150 ppi, embed fonts, and do not add a cut line or crop marks. The smallest recommended line is 2 pt and the smallest recommended text is 17 pt. A file may be up to 2 GB; the production route supports up to 100 designs. For this free-size product, there is no online editor or artwork download.
