Embroidered patches with your own logo

An embroidered patch gives clothing, bags and caps a polished, recognisable look. Your logo is fully embroidered, with a sturdy texture that keeps looking neat for years. Ideal for workwear, sports clubs, associations, scouting, security staff or as merchandise for your brand.

Shape and size

• Square or round: from 5 x 5 cm to 12 x 12 cm.
• Custom shape: the patch is cut along the outline of your logo. You choose a maximum for width and height combined, from 10 to 16 cm. A 9 x 7 cm patch therefore fits the size up to 16 cm.

Your choice of backing

• Sew-on: the strongest attachment, suitable for anything that is washed often.
• Iron-on: with a heat-seal layer on the back, quickly applied with an iron or heat press.
• Hook and loop: the hook side is attached to the patch, and you get the loop side separately to sew onto your clothing or bag. That makes it easy to swap patches.

Base fabric colour

Choose from 9 background colours: black, white, blue, light blue, yellow, red, navy, green and dark green. The colours of your logo are embroidered in the closest matching thread. If you have specific thread colour wishes, add them to the remarks.

A sample photo first

Upload your logo when you order, ideally as a vector file or a sharp PNG of at least 300 dpi. Within 1 to 3 working days you receive a photo of the real embroidered sample. We only make the full run after your approval. Very small text and thin lines are simplified where needed, so everything stays legible.

Lead time and quantities

You can order from just 1 piece, and the price per piece drops considerably for larger quantities. After you approve the sample photo, production takes 4 to 6 working days, then we ship the patches. You pay the standard shipping rate for your country. We deliver these patches to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
