Custom insulated steel bottle 500 ml

A bottle that keeps your drink at temperature

This slim stainless steel bottle is double walled and has copper vacuum insulation. That keeps your drink warm or cool considerably longer than in an ordinary bottle. Ideal for coffee on site, tea on the train or cold water during sports. The capacity is 500 ml and according to the specifications the bottle is leak free. With a diameter of 7 cm and a height of 25.5 cm it fits easily in a bag or bottle holder. The bottle weighs about 264 grams. You choose from seven colours: matt silver, black, blue, red, white, green and matt gold.

Choose how your logo is applied

• Laser engraving front: your logo permanently engraved, up to 30 x 60 mm. Crisp, durable and always visible.
• Laser engraving all around: a large engraving up to 222 x 110 mm that runs around the whole bottle. Great for a pattern, a skyline or a logo with text.
• Screen print all around: opaque ink in a PMS colour of your choice, up to 200 x 90 mm.
• Pad print front: your logo in its own PMS colours, 1 to 4 colours, up to 30 x 60 mm.

How to supply your design

Please upload your logo as a vector PDF, AI or SVG. A sharp PNG of at least 300 dpi also works. Laser engraving and screen print are one tone, so gradients and photos are not possible there. For screen print and pad print, mention the PMS colours with your order. For the narrow front area of 30 x 60 mm, an upright logo or short text works best. For a design all around, keep in mind the seam where start and end meet. You always receive a digital proof first and we only start after your approval.

Quantities and delivery

You can order from 10 pieces per design. With larger quantities the price per piece drops, because the fixed setup costs are spread over more bottles. All bottles in one order get the same colour and design; for several colours, add one line per colour. After proof approval your order is delivered in about 10 working days.

Good to know

Laser engraving is the most durable choice for a bottle that goes along every day. Unsure between front and all around? An engraving all around stands out more, a small engraving on the front is subtle and businesslike.
