Custom printed wall panel

A custom printed wall panel turns an empty wall into a strong visual feature while also protecting the surface behind it. Enter the exact width and height, choose the board and finish, then print a photograph, pattern, illustration, brand identity or message in vivid full colour. This makes the panel suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, receptions, shops, hospitality spaces, offices and exhibition stands.

A wall panel made to your dimensions

Enter the required finished size directly in the configurator instead of choosing from fixed standard formats. The minimum size is 4 × 4 cm. Premium aluminium composite is available up to 146 × 300 cm and circular board up to 116 × 135 cm. Width and height may be reversed when the dimensions remain within the maximum board size. You can therefore order anything from a small decorative panel to a large floor-to-ceiling feature wall.

Select the right material

Premium 3 mm aluminium composite is rigid, dimensionally stable and ideal for a clean, high-quality appearance. Aluminium skins and a dark core provide strength without making the panel unnecessarily heavy. It is a practical choice for kitchen wall panels, counters, signs and long-term interior displays.

The circular board is impact resistant, lighter and slightly flexible. Choose a 2 or 4 mm thickness and either a characteristic recycled look or a white-coated surface. Its distinctive material character works especially well in circular retail concepts, temporary interiors and creative wall decoration.

Matt, gloss, straight or contour finished

The full-colour UV print is protected with a matt or gloss coating. Matt reduces reflections for a calm appearance, while gloss gives colour and contrast extra intensity. Select a straight finish for a rectangular panel. For a logo, organic outline or custom silhouette, choose contour milling or contour cutting for the selected material.

Design online or upload your artwork

After configuration, start with a blank canvas in the online editor or upload your own PDF, JPG or PNG. The editor automatically uses the dimensions you selected. Design at actual size and aim for around 150 dpi at final size for photographic artwork. Keep important text and logos inside the safe area. With contour milling or contour cutting, the editor adds the cut line around your design automatically. If you upload your own file, include a closed vector cut path.

Applications and installation

Use the printed panel as a kitchen wall, decorative photo panel, retail display, menu panel, exhibition wall or branded backdrop behind a counter. Matching mounting adhesives in white, grey and black are available as separate accessories. Before installation, check that the substrate is flat, clean, dry and suitable for adhesive fixing.
