Dibond Butler Finish is a composite sheet with a brushed aluminum surface that immediately gives an industrial and high-end appearance. The fine brush structure captures light in a unique way, making your design come to life. This makes the material ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications, such as company signs, art panels, wayfinding, or decorative wall panels.

Choose the perfect finish

You can choose between two directions of the brush structure: horizontal or vertical. This allows you to perfectly match the sheet to the shape and size of your design. Additionally, you can choose between straight cutting or contour cutting. With contour cutting, the sheet is cut exactly to the shape of your design. You can choose one simple shape, one complex shape, or a maximum of 5 shapes. This way you can create a logo, silhouette, or a series of separate shapes.

Print and protection

You can leave the sheet unprinted, or choose full-color printing. Do you want the print to stand out extra on the aluminum? Then choose 5/0 full color with 200% white. This extra white underlayer ensures that colors are intense and vivid, even on the reflective aluminum. To protect your print from scratches, weather influences, and UV radiation, you can choose a protective coating in gloss or matte. The matte coating gives a stylish, non-reflective finish, while the gloss coating adds extra depth to the colors.

Customization and mounting

The Dibond Butler Finish sheets are available in the fixed size 100 x 100 cm, but you can also specify a custom size. This allows you to perfectly match the sheet to your specific application. Do you want to hang the sheet directly? Then choose drill holes. You can have drill holes placed in each corner with a diameter of 6, 8, 9, or 10 mm. Additionally, it is possible to place 1 to 10 drill holes at a position specified by you. You can also choose a V-cut on the front. This V-groove allows you to bend the sheet cleanly, for example for a 3D effect or a clean edge.

Production and shipping

The sheets are printed with the Durst P5 350, a professional large-format printer that guarantees sharp prints and vibrant colors. You can determine the production pace yourself by choosing one of the urgency options: Fast, Standard, Express, or One day earlier. This way you always have control over the turnaround time. The sheets are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport.
