What is flexible PVC?

Flexible PVC is a thin, bendable plastic sheet with a thickness of 0.3 mm. Due to its flexibility, this material is suitable for applications where a rigid sheet does not fit, such as curves, signage on uneven surfaces, or temporary displays. The material is lightweight and easy to mount with, for example, drill holes or tape.

Printing and shapes

You can choose between unprinted PVC or full-color printing. With 4/0 full color, only the front is printed; with 4/4 full color, the back is also printed. Printing is done with a Durst P5 350, a printer that delivers sharp details and saturated colors. After printing, you can have the PVC cut straight or contour-cut. Contour cutting follows the shape of your design, for example, for letters, logos, or figures. You can choose between one simple shape, one complex shape, or a maximum of five shapes.

Size and finishing

The standard size is 100 x 100 cm, but you can also specify a custom size. The finishing is entirely up to you: you can add drill holes (from 6 to 10 mm, in each corner or at a specific location) or round the corners with a radius of 5, 10, or 20 mm. This makes the PVC ready for mounting.

Quantity and production time

Order from 1 piece, up to 100 pieces. You choose the production time yourself: standard, fast, express, or one day earlier. This way, you decide when you need the material.

Packaging

The PVC is packaged by default to arrive protected. For extra security, choose the 'Packaging' option if you want to have the material packed for transport or storage.
