Give your pallet display its own identity
A printed pallet cover turns a stack of Euro pallets into a display that reflects your brand, retail promotion or event. Use your own logo, colours and images to make the arrangement recognisable. Your display then becomes part of the message, alongside the products you want to present.
Choose a cover for your pallet stack
Versions are available for a stack of 1, 2, 3 or 4 Euro pallets. This selection determines which cover fits your arrangement. It is not the order quantity: a cover for four pallets is one cover for a stack of four pallets. Decide how many covers you need separately, based on the number of displays you are preparing.
Match the material and finish to your display
Choose from three materials: 220 g/m² Dekostof, 260 g/m² Blackback Soft and 225 g/m² ProPES Outdoor. Dekostof and Blackback Soft are intended for indoor use. ProPES Outdoor is the material option for outdoor use. The weight per square metre describes the fabric, not the total weight of the finished cover.
Fully covered or with forklift openings
Select a fully covered version or a cover with openings for forklift forks. Consider how you intend to use the pallet display when choosing between them. White or black thread is available for the seams. Match the thread colour to your artwork and remember your chosen version when selecting the template.
Prepare your artwork with the original template
There are eight original PDF templates for the pallet cover: four pallet-stack sizes for the fully covered version and four for the version with forklift openings. Always download the file that matches your selections. The instructions in the original PDF are in Dutch.
From template to upload
Prepare your artwork in the matching template. Extend the background into the indicated bleed and keep important text and images inside the safe areas. Also check the fold points so that your message is positioned appropriately across the different panels.
Remove all guide lines, instructions and the legend before exporting your final file. Save your artwork as a PDF without printer marks and upload the finished file for review. Before submitting it, check once more that the template, cover version and pallet stack all match.
