PET Felt: Sustainable and Versatile

PET felt is a sturdy sheet material made from recycled PET bottles. With a thickness of 9 mm, it offers not only a beautiful appearance but also functional benefits such as sound absorption. You can print on this material in full color (4/0 200%) or with additional white print (5/0) for better opacity on dark colors. The white print can be applied as a spot color or as a full fill.

Colors and Sizes

Choose from 48 different PET felt colors, ranging from white and cream to vibrant shades like lime green, cobalt blue, and wine red. The standard size is 100 x 100 cm, but you can also specify a custom size. The quantity ranges from 1 to 100, depending on your project.

Finishing and Cutting

For a professional result, you can have the felt cut straight or contoured. Choose one simple shape, one complex shape, or up to 5 shapes. Additionally, there are special cutting techniques: a bevel cut of 5 mm at a 45° angle for a slanted edge, or a V-cut of 5 mm for a groove. The number of V-cut lines is adjustable from 1 to 25, allowing you to create lines for an acoustic slat panel, for example.

Printing Method and Production

Printing is done with a Durst P5 350 printer, ensuring sharp and colorful prints. You can adjust the urgency for express production. The product is carefully packaged and ready to use.
