Custom stationery: one style for all your communication

With custom stationery, you ensure that all your business communications look consistent. Think of letterheads, envelopes and business cards that seamlessly match. Whether you place a one-time order or put together a complete package, you decide which product you need and in which version.

Product choice and sizes

You can choose from three products: letterheads, envelopes and business cards. Letterheads are available in A4, A5 and the landscape versions, but also in the German formats EA4 and EA5. Envelopes are available in C4, C5 and C5/6, with or without a window. Business cards are available in the standard sizes 85 x 55 mm and 90 x 50 mm, both portrait and landscape.

Materials and printing

For letterheads and envelopes, you can choose from hvo bank post white in weights from 80 to 120 g/m². For business cards, use 300 or 350 g/m² hv offset natural board. Additionally, there is the eco-friendly option Bio Top 3® natural, available in the same weights. Printing is possible in full color or with PMS colors, single-sided or double-sided. For envelopes, you can also add printing on the flap side.

Finishing and extra options

For envelopes, you can choose between a striplock or gummed closure. Letterheads can be perforated or drilled with holes, handy for binders. You determine the quantity yourself, from 500 to 20,000 pieces. Everything is printed using offset, which ensures sharp and consistent results.
