This deep-penetrating primer is made for (highly) absorbent surfaces such as gypsum, plaster, stucco, cement and concrete. It is based on a water-borne polyvinyl acetate dispersion and is ready to use, so no mixing is needed. Wallpaper adheres better and is easier to strip later.
