A lightbox poster is a poster specially developed for use in a lightbox or illuminated display. The material lets light through, making your design literally shine. Printen.eu prints lightbox posters in full colour with an HP Indigo digital press. The ink is applied thinly, so light passes through the poster optimally. You choose the size, material, and packaging yourself.

Materials for every type of lightbox

Choose a lightbox poster on 150 gsm citylight or 280 gsm backlit polyester. Citylight is a thinner material often used for bus shelters and other lightboxes in public spaces. Backlit polyester is sturdier and has a smoother surface, making it suitable for displays with bright lighting. Both materials are suitable for both front and back lighting.

Sizes and dimensions

You determine the size of your lightbox poster yourself. There are 18 standard sizes available, from small to large:

• Small sizes: A4 (210 x 297 mm), A3 (297 x 420 mm), B3 (350 x 500 mm)
• Medium sizes: A2 (420 x 594 mm), B2 (500 x 700 mm), A1 (594 x 840 mm)
• Large sizes: B1 (700 x 1000 mm), A0 (840 x 1189 mm), B0 (1000 x 1400 mm)
• Abri size: 1185 x 1750 mm, ideal for bus shelters and street furniture
• Large-format variants: such as A1 large (420 x 1189 mm) and B1 large (500 x 1400 mm) for extra-long lightboxes

Additionally, there is the Custom size option for fully customized dimensions. This way, the poster always fits exactly in your lightbox.

Printing and finishing

All lightbox posters are standard printed in 4/0 full colour, meaning the front is fully coloured and the back remains unprinted. The printing method is digital with HP Indigo, ensuring sharp details and even colour distribution. After printing, each poster is cleanly cut to the exact size, so you receive a neat poster immediately.

Packaging options

Because lightbox posters can be delicate, you can choose from various packaging methods:

• Rolled in a box: economical and safe for shipping
• Rolled on a tube, wrapped in paper, in an outer box: extra protection against damage
• Flat in a box: handy if you want to use the poster immediately
• Flat on a pallet: for large quantities or very large sizes

Packaging is included by default, and you can choose extra packaging material if needed.

Quantity and production time

Order from 1 copy, but larger quantities are also possible: 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 750, or 1000 pieces. Also choose the desired urgency: Standard, A day earlier, Fast, or Express.
