With our polystyrene sheet material, you choose a lightweight and rigid material that you can have printed entirely to your liking. Polystyrene is a plastic sheet that is perfect for a wide range of purposes, from signage and displays to presentation materials and decoration. The sheets are available in two thicknesses: 1 mm and 2 mm, both with a matte finish on both sides. This matte structure gives a professional look and reduces reflections, ensuring your message is always clearly readable.

Printing and print method

You can choose between 4/0 full colour (single-sided printing) or 4/4 full colour (double-sided printing). Printing is done with a Durst P5 350, an advanced printer that ensures sharp prints with vibrant colours and high colour density. This brings your designs to life, whether you choose photos, illustrations or clean typography.

Sizes and finishing

The standard size is 100 x 100 cm, but you can also specify a custom size. This way you can adapt the sheet exactly to your application. In addition, we offer various finishing options: straight cutting for a clean edge, or contour cutting for one or more shapes. Choose contour cutting with one simple shape, one complex shape, or a maximum of 5 shapes. This makes it possible to cut letters, logos or other shapes out of the sheet.

Drill holes and mounting

To hang or attach the sheets directly, you can have drill holes added. There are two options: drill holes in each corner (with diameters of 6, 8, 9 or 10 mm) or any number of drill holes (from 1 to 10). This allows you to easily mount the sheet on a wall, frame or other structure.

Ordering convenience and packaging

When ordering, you can choose packaging so that your sheets are shipped protected. Additionally, you have the option to indicate urgency: choose between Standard, Fast, Express or One day earlier. This way you decide how quickly you want to receive your printed polystyrene sheets.
