It depends on what you ordered, and the difference matters.
Standard products
As a consumer you have a 14 day right of withdrawal after receipt. After you report the return you have another 14 days to send the item back. The item must be unused and, where possible, in its original packaging.
Print made from your own design
Products made specifically from your file, photo, logo or design cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal. That is not unwillingness: such a product is of no use to anyone else.
There is one important exception. If there is a production fault, or the parcel was damaged in transit, we sort it out, personalised work included.
How to report it
Report a return or complaint by email to our customer service first. Include your order number, and for damage or a wrong delivery a photo as well.
