Order confirmation, production and shipment are separate stages. Tracking appears once the carrier makes it available and may show no movement before its first scan. Different products can arrive in multiple parcels. If marked delivered, check neighbours, reception and safe places. Contact us with order and tracking numbers if movement stops unexpectedly.

What does shipping cost and when will my order arrive?
Standard shipping within the Netherlands costs EUR 6.95. Count on 24 to 48 hours of production plus the shipping time to your country.
Can I return my order?
Standard products come with a 14 day right of withdrawal. Print made from your own design is excluded, unless there is a production fault or transport damage.
My order is damaged or incorrect: what should I do?
Document the issue clearly so the right solution can be assessed quickly.
