What is corrugated board?

Corrugated board is a lightweight but strong sheet material consisting of a fluted inner layer and two flat outer layers. Printen.eu offers this material in two thicknesses: 1.5 mm E-flute and 3 mm EE-flute. Both variants are white on both sides, making them perfect for printing on one or both sides.

What finishing options can you choose?

You can order corrugated board in various sizes, such as 100 x 100 cm or a custom size. Additionally, there are several finishing options:

• Trimming: The board is cut to size for a clean rectangle.
• Contour cutting: Choose one simple shape, one complex shape, or up to 5 shapes. This allows you to have letters, logos, or figures cut out of the board.
• Creasing: You can have the board creased so it folds easily. This is useful for displays or packaging.
• Drill holes: Have holes drilled in each corner (6, 8, 9, or 10 mm) or at other positions (1 to 10 holes). This allows you to hang or attach the board.

How is corrugated board printed?

You can choose between no printing, 4/0 full color (one side), or 4/4 full color (both sides). Printing is done with a Durst P5 350, a professional large-format printer that delivers sharp and colorful results. Since the board is white, the colors come out well.
