Polypropylene Fluted Sheet

Strong and lightweight board material

Polypropylene fluted sheets are a lightweight yet sturdy material with a honeycomb structure. They are water-resistant and can be used both indoors and outdoors. The sheet is available in thicknesses of 3.5 mm, 4.5 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm, and in horizontal or vertical direction of the flutes. Also choose the recycled 3.5 mm variant for a more sustainable option.

Full-color printing

You can leave the fluted sheet unprinted or print it with 4/0 full color (one side) or 4/4 full color (both sides). Printing is done with a Durst P5 350 printer, delivering sharp and colorful results. Perfect for example for advertising boards, information boards, or presentation materials.

Finishing and mounting

Customize your fluted sheet with the available finishing options. Have the sheet cut to exact size, or choose contour cutting: one simple shape, one complex shape, or up to 5 shapes. You can also add drill holes, for example in each corner (6, 8, 9, or 10 mm) or any number of holes (1 to 10). This way, you can hang or mount the sheet directly.

Scoring for sharp folds

Want to fold the sheet? Have a score line added on the front or back. This allows you to fold the sheet along a straight line, handy for example for displays or stands.

Choose your size and quantity

Order the fluted sheet in the fixed size of 100 x 100 cm, or specify your own size. The quantity can range from 1 to 50 pieces depending on your project. Don't forget to select the desired urgency: standard, fast, express, or one day earlier.
