What is a Dispa® board?

A Dispa® board is a sturdy, lightweight board material with a thickness of 3.8 mm. It consists of a plastic core with a white, smooth top layer on both sides. This makes it perfect for printing with sharp, vibrant colors. You can choose single-sided printing (4/0) or double-sided printing (4/4), depending on whether your board is visible on both sides.

What sizes and finishes can you choose?

You order the Dispa board in a standard size of 100 x 100 cm, or you specify a custom size. This allows you to tailor the board exactly to your application. Additionally, several finishing options are available:

• Straight cutting: The board is cut straight to the size you specified.
• Contour cutting: The board is cut into a simple or complex shape. You can choose one shape or a maximum of five shapes per board.
• Drill holes: Add drill holes in each corner (6, 8, 9, or 10 mm) or choose a specific number of holes (1 to 10) at desired positions.

How is the Dispa board printed?

Printing is done with a Durst P5 350 printer. This is a professional large-format printer that ensures sharp, colorful reproduction of your design. The ink is UV-resistant, making the print well-protected against weather conditions and preventing rapid fading. This makes the Dispa board particularly suitable for outdoor use.
