The Colop EOS is the self-inking stamp for anyone who wants a clean, contemporary look. The biggest difference is inside: the ink pad sits in a cartridge that you pull out and replace, just like a refill. No fiddling and no ink on your fingers.

Choose the size that fits your text

The EOS range is wide. For an address or company name, a small or medium rectangle is enough, for example 38 x 14 mm (EOS 20) or 59 x 23 mm (EOS 40). A long, narrow line such as a bank account number or website fits on the EOS 12 at 64 x 8 mm.

Where the EOS really shines is the large formats. Think of a received stamp with boxes for date and initials, an approval stamp for invoices or a detailed logo with contact details. That is what the EOS 110 to 140 are for, up to 121 x 89 mm. Prefer round or square? Pick the EOS Q30 or one of the round models from 17 to 50 mm, great for a logo or a seal for your own business.

Supplying your design

Upload your design in a single colour, without gradients or photos. Keep lines at least 0.2 mm thick and letters at least 2 mm tall. With large formats it is tempting to fit in a lot of text, but a little white space keeps the impression readable. A vector PDF or SVG works best, a sharp PNG or JPG is fine too. Leave 1 mm clear from the edge.

Care

When the impression gets lighter, swap the ink cartridge and carry on stamping. Press large formats straight down with even pressure, using both hands, for a uniform impression.
