Do you stamp dozens or even hundreds of times a day? Then you want a stamp that keeps going for years. The Trodat Professional has a heavy metal frame that stands steady on the paper and keeps printing cleanly even under intensive use. The mechanism is self-inking, so the text plate picks up ink from the built-in pad with every impression. This is the workhorse for the mail room, the warehouse and the accounts department.

Choosing the right model

The Professional starts where lightweight office stamps stop. The smallest, the 5200 at 41 x 24 mm, already fits six lines: enough for a full company address. For a received or booking stamp with boxes for date, initials and reference, the 5206 (56 x 33 mm) and 5274 (60 x 40 mm) are popular choices. Need a complete form on your stamp, for example an approval route or a quality check? The 5208, 5211 and 5212 go up to 116 x 70 mm.

The round 52045 at Ø 45 mm is ideal as an official company seal or inspection stamp.

Supplying your design

Upload your design in one colour, without gradients or photos. Keep lines at least 0.2 mm thick, 1 pt is safer, and letters at least 2 mm tall. If you use boxes to fill in, make them large enough to write in with a pen. A vector PDF or SVG is best, a sharp PNG or JPG works too. Leave 1 mm clear from the edge.

Making it last

Replace the ink pad as soon as the impression gets lighter and the quality stays consistent. Using several texts? Order them as separate lines in your cart.
