Which model suits you?

Every model prints day, month and year, is self-inking and uses 4 mm digits. The Colop Mini Dater S 120 is the most compact choice, great for a drawer, pencil case or shop counter. The Colop Printer S 220 and the Trodat Printy 4820 are a little larger and sit comfortably in the hand for everyday use in the office or warehouse. If you stamp all day long, for example in a post room, at reception or in accounts, choose the Colop Classic 2100/4. Its metal housing makes it the sturdiest option for heavy use. Pick whichever ink colour you prefer. Red stands out among black print, while blue makes it clear a document is an original.

No design needed

This stamp has no text plate, so you do not need to supply a file. Would you like text such as RECEIVED or PAID, or your company name, next to the date? Then choose our date stamp with your own text.

Setting the date and care

Turn the wheels for day, month and year until the correct date shows. Make it a routine to do this every morning. Press the stamp straight down on a flat surface with an even, steady push. When the imprint starts to fade, simply replace the ink pad. Ideally, store the stamp upright with the printing side facing down so the ink stays evenly spread.
