Numbers without the handwriting

A number stamp or numbering machine puts numbers on paper quickly and without mistakes. Think invoice numbers, receipt numbers, order numbers, batch numbers, entry tickets, cloakroom tickets or numbered forms. There is nothing to design or upload: you pick the model, the typeface and the ink colour, and the stamp is ready to use straight away.

Why you will like it

  • No design needed, just order and start stamping
  • Clear, even digits instead of handwriting
  • Set numbers by hand or let them count up automatically
  • From compact self-inkers to sturdy numbering machines
  • Ink in black, blue, red or green

Number stamp or numbering machine?

With a number stamp you turn the digits yourself with small wheels. That is handy when you need a different number each time, such as an item or batch number. The Colop Mini Printer S 126 and the Colop Printer S 226 are self-inking with 6 digits. The metal Colop Classic 2008 and 2010 have 8 or 10 digits and are built for heavy use.

A numbering machine automatically moves on by one after every impression. That lets you number a stack of invoices, receipts or tickets quickly and without duplicates. The Reiner B6K has 6 digits and is also available with 8 digits. The Reiner B6 adds a repeat function, so you can stamp the same number a few times before it moves on, for example on an original and a copy. The Reiner B2 is the sturdy choice for daily use.

Typeface and digit height

The typeface option only applies to the numbering machines. Block letters are clean and easy to read, while Antiqua is a classic serif style. Choose a 4.5 or 5.5 mm digit height, or the standard for the chosen model. For the number stamps, simply pick the model standard here.

Use and care

With a numbering machine, check the starting number before you begin. Press straight down with even pressure on a flat surface. When the imprint starts to fade, replace the ink pad or re-ink the stamp, depending on the model. Ideally use ink that matches your stamp.

Delivery

Your stamp arrives within 1 to 3 working days. You pay the standard shipping rate for your country.
