A pocket stamp is a self-inking stamp in a compact housing that snaps shut. You can drop it into a bag, coat pocket or pencil case without worrying about ink, so your address, name or logo goes wherever you go. It is ideal for sales reps, engineers, care workers, teachers and anyone who stamps delivery notes, job sheets or forms on the move. Choose from the Colop Pocket Stamp, the Trodat Mobile Printy and the handy Colop Stamp Mouse.

Choosing the right model
Start with how much text you need. The Pocket Stamp Mini (39 x 10 mm) fits a name plus two short lines. For a full address with phone number, pick a size from 47 x 18 mm, such as the Pocket Stamp Plus 30, the Mobile Printy 9412 or the Stamp Mouse 30. Need more lines or a logo as well? Go for the Pocket Stamp Plus 40 or the Mobile Printy 9413. Round models work nicely for a logo or emblem. The Stamp Mouse sits comfortably in your palm and is great if you stamp a lot. Pick any housing colour you like; it does not change the colour of your imprint.
Supplying your design
Upload your design once you have chosen your options. A vector PDF or SVG works best, but a sharp PNG or JPG is fine too. Use one colour, with no gradients or photos. Keep letters at least 2 mm high and lines at least 0.2 mm thick, and leave 1 mm clear from the edge. We check your file before your stamp is made.
Tips for use
Press the stamp straight down on a flat surface with an even, steady push. Always close it after use so the pad does not dry out. When the imprint starts to fade, simply replace the ink pad.
