5 min readUpdated

In this article you create your reseller account. You go through six short steps, we check your details automatically, and in most cases you can start right away. Allow about ten minutes.

In this article

What do you need?

Have these details ready so you can finish your application in one go.

  • Your company name, billing address and a phone number.
  • A VAT number if your company is based in the EU.
  • A Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number (8 digits) if your company is based in the Netherlands.
  • The name that should appear on your customer’s parcel, and a return address.
  • A payment card to save, or a first top-up of at least €25 by iDEAL or card.
  • Optional: your website and your logo.

Step 1: create an account and open the wizard

Your reseller account is linked to a regular Printen.eu customer account. If you already have one, log in with it.

  1. Go to the reseller page

Open Resellers and click Apply as a reseller.

  2. Log in or create an account

If you are not logged in, you land on the login screen. No account yet? Click Create account, fill in your details and confirm your email address.

  3. Start the wizard

After logging in you return to Apply as a reseller automatically. If you have just created an account, open Resellers again and click Apply as a reseller once more. On the left you see the six steps, on the right the form for the step you are on.

Step 2: complete the application wizard

The wizard: the steps on the left, the form for the current step on the right.
  1. Company

Enter Company name (trading name), Country, Email address for your account, Phone and your Billing address. Registered legal name and Website are optional but help with the checks. Click Next.

  2. VAT and registration

Enter your VAT number including the country code (for example DE123456789). Dutch companies must also enter their Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number. We check the VAT number automatically in the European VIES register.

  3. Sales channels

Under Where do you sell? tick where you sell, for example Etsy, Shopify or your own website, and fill in Expected orders per month. An estimate is fine.

  4. Branding

Enter the Name on the parcel: this name appears as the sender on your customer’s parcel and packing slip. Optionally upload your logo and write a Packing slip note. Leave Same as billing address ticked, or enter a separate Return address. Read more in White label.

  5. Payment method

Choose Save a card or make a First top-up (at least €25). You go to a secure payment page and return automatically. When you see Payment method set up, you can continue. You can always change this later, see Payments and balance.

  6. Terms

Read the terms, tick the box and click Submit application. If something is still missing, Not complete yet tells you which step to complete.
